Who had a better MW title reign: Hopkins or Golovkin?

Hopkins best wins at middleweight is natural welterweights who been dragged up

 

I think there is nothing GGG can do at middleweight to surpass Hopkins accomplishment. It's not his fault but the lack of names in the division. Even when GGG beats Canelo, that win is still not bigger than Hopkins win over Oscar and Tito.
GGG best win over Murray, leumiux and Jacobs also doesn't trump Hopkins win over glen Johnson, Holmes and Joppy.

 

Sorry Tyson fury, assuming GGG beats canelo, that would be his best win and canelo is a former welterweight as well. And I'm a much bigger fan of GGG compare to hopkins. But the truth is the truth.

 

It's tough to answer yet cause ggg still champion if he beats canelo and Saunders then retires undeafted then got to go with golovkin's reign being superior.

 

Had? GGG's is still happening..

 

Ask yourselves a simple question would GGG have survived against the great Felix Trinidad?

 

Even throwing out Oscar and Tito, overall Hopkin's competition (other
than Morrade) was better than Golovkin's opponents IMO.

I'd confidently match Joppy or Keith Holmes against anyone on Golovkin's resume.
Echols was very solid, Eastman was the same level as Geale and Murray,
etc...... you guys should see where I'm going with this.

 

Bumlovkin could have had the Andre Ward fight. He ducked. Had Bumlovkin beaten Ward then he would have been in the conversion WRT who has the better legacy between he and Bernard Hopkins. Instead, he DUCKED.

How can one criticize who Canelo beat and say that they were little guys and then if GG beats Canelo scream that Canelo is 170-180...he's a mw, and he's not a little guy? Foh. GG Canelo is for the lineal mw championship. You have your worthless criticism backwards.

Just accept that it will be a great fight between a natural mw and a naturally smaller man. Floyd and Pac have been beating up bigger men so no excuses for either guy should they lose.
