Did anybody else notice that Hopkins lost against the 2 best natural Middleweights he ever fought? Roy Jones and Jermain Taylor. Including Taylor twice?

    Just saying.

well would you feel better if he lost to 2 of the worst?

what are you expecting someone to lose to? the baldest ones? the fattest ones?

Alsoputting weight on losses in 40s is a bit dim.

Well Tommy Hearns lost to his 2 best opponents of his career as well. He's also rated as the worst of the fab 4. Still a great fighter, but having defining wins helps your resume/reign.

as does holding the record defences, being a titlist when 39 and then later 40something, and beng technically unbeaten at MW until he aged, for the length of his title run.

Glen Johnson went up to LHW and won a title by beating the #1 guy in the division. Hopkins remains the only man to beat Johnson by KO.

Would you care to list the accomplishments of Bumlovkin's opponents?

LOL I see what you did there. Exposed on your original response so moves the goal posts. To answer your question, as of yet i would say none (Though Canelo IMO would be a signature win & definite contender for the HOF in future) Just like it took Bhop 43 fights & 13 years to beat one, remember? Tito? Try using historical context & comparison next time son. Nothing unusual at MW here. Try harder..

Hows that 'GGG is ducking Canelo & Jacobs' thing going btw??
