He wasn't awful. You probably never saw him perform since you just claimed everybody Hopkins faced was smaller than him.

If Vanderpool was awful , then the guys GGG beat were some of the worst of all time.

No I never I said Taylor was the first fighter who could match Hopkins for size and was a true athlete aswell......I never said Hopkins only fights smaller men.

As for Vanderpool....he was awful, actually awful is a bit harsh but i have seen him fight and he's on par with your Wade.....your Proksa......that type of opponent.

Proska , Macklin , Rubio , Lemieux level.. Wade no. He actually is awful. He lacks the most basic fundamentals of boxing.

That's a real, real minority opinion I'm afraid:

"Gennady Golovkin's streak of 18 consecutive middleweight title defenses rolls on as he approaches Bernard Hopkins' record of 20."

    https://www.usatoday.com/story/spor...s-daniel-jacobs-middleweight-titles/99376670/

"He has made 15 consecutive title defenses -- all by knockout -- during his six-year reign. A win over Wade (18-0, 12 KOs) would be No. 16. The division record for consecutive defenses is 20, set by the legendary Bernard Hopkins during his 1995 to 2005 reign"

    http://www.espn.com/blog/dan-rafael...as-eye-on-hopkins-middleweight-defense-record

"Seeking his 18th consecutive middleweight title victory — two shy of Bernard Hopkins’ record — the 34-year-old Golovkin (36-0, 33 knockouts) has spent more than half of his career feeling ignored."

    http://www.latimes.com/sports/boxing/la-sp-golovkin-jacobs-20170317-story.html

"GGG will also aim for his 18th straight title defense, which would move him two shy of Bernard Hopkins’ middleweight record."

    http://www.cbssports.com/boxing/new...jacobs-predictions-fight-card-time-odds-pick/

Oh, yeah. I almost forgot THIS:

Hopkins saying Canelo is going to stop Golovkin from breaking his record:

He said the record won't be broken any time soon. As in one more win won't break his record since HALF of GGG's defences were of a fake belt . Sturm was making the real WBA defences.

There was no super IBF , or super WBA champs when Hopkins defended those belts.

Hopkins: "We know who has an investment in not having that record broke no time soon."

    ^ His exact, actual words.

Tito was not a significant scalp at the weight.

    And Oscar ?

Even less so. He had absolutely nothing at MW. (Storm won).

BHop had a very good run at MW, but his greatness rests on what he did after he moved north.

Since GGG is still active, it's probably too early to answer the TS question.

" and why not?" YOU WERE TOLD NOT TO MAKE JOKES.

Taylor has way more than just hopkins on his CV as world class and you KNOW IT. ARguably even hopkins was still elite at 39!

STOP LYING to yourself at the very least.

dont "like who" me, you have eyes, do your own research on his world level wins of lacy, spinks, ouma, jopps, marquez and the winky draw.

but yeh i guess to you lacy is "only world level" when calzaghe is fighting him, you biased peice of shyt, not when a blak guy is facing him, no.

How many times have you been told not to play the joker, and you are still doing it. Just stop. U shouldda called your avatar LOKI for crying out loud.

    LOL.

    F grade.

Obviously you are a troll, but the spelling is atrocious, grammar just all over the place......

How the hell you've tried to turn it around in an attempt to discredit Super Joe Calzaghe just shows how truly pathetic you really are.

And the Lacy fight was at 168.....we're talking 160 here fool.

ah, unable to reply, so you pretend it dont exist, ok. Story of all your replies.

    it discredits noone BUT YOU.

Well done for trying to turn your own failures into Calzaghes.
BUT NO YOU are responsible for not recognising Lacy as a world class win for JT, nooone else.

yeh he beat him whilst moving up - that just makes the argument stronger.
Wow flop that you cant see that. Well I actually think you can see it, but you pretend you cant.

What an utter idiot you look now. Just you remember - people are readin what you write!

I've just said he was world level.

And I've always said he was world level and a fair win for joe. I've even said a good win due to the nature of the victory. I've always said that Joes world class wins properly start with Lacy in 2004.

It is, in fact YOU, and ONLY YOU who has been explicitly shown to have who failed to recognise Taylor beating Lacy as a good win.

Now your point failed, you should be running away, but I expect some feeble insult content with zero counterargument once more, given you feel the need to save face.

Clutching at straws mate - look at that desperate postscript to your zero pointer -

I've never stated Lacy wasn't world level, Infact prior to JC "no blueprint" superstar embarrassing him he was seen as a future ATG.....JC took his soul that night.

But again that was at 168....not 160......so again crack on with the original question and answer it instead of continuously embarrassing yourself.

You spend your whole existence living with your mum on the dole, lurking around this forum slating Calzaghe, yet I'm the idiotic loser? .......LMFAO
