Who Had a Better Resume, Hatton or Prince Naseem?

Yeah it's been brought up before but new posters and views change still will make for interesting discussion. I go for Naz in this i think he had depth and consistent world level wins. Hatton did well himself but i can't count Maussa as a world level win i mean Jim Watt dubbed him once 'world's worst world champion'. He was extremely lucky to beat Vivian Harris and Hatton's team jumped on that chance to unify titles.

 

Well they both couldnt cut it when it came to fighting the best but Hattons wins over Tszyu and Maliggnaggi seal the deal

People overate hamed because of his cockyness and KO ratio, people see confident and arrogant boxers nowadays and think back to Ali so they buy into the Hype, look how well it did for David Haye's career.

Hatton has the best scalp in Tyszu but in depth it becomes much harder to say,
Naz beat a fair number of current, former and future world champions so I'd side with him.

 

Naz beat some very good fighters like Kevin Kelley, Tom Johnson, Manuel Medina, Vasquez. He dominated and knocked out Bungu in a clean, clinical performance.

Hatton, Tszyu aside, never fought on that level. The likes of Collazo and Malignaggi were classes below Kevin Kelley, come on. Castillo was drained to death and the short, squat guy (forget his name) on his Vegas debut was very very limited.

Naz gave peak Barrera a much, much closer contest than Hatton gave Pacquaio.

Juan Urango.Built like a mini Tyson,fought like dead one.

Hated Naz so will sound bias.A lot of his resume was against bigger names,although a lot of them were past prime.I actually dont rate it that high,and if he had come back from getting the ***** slapping humbling from MAB and either re-matched him or fought on against other credible opponents he would have been a better man.I would have loved to see him in with El Terrible although the result would have been the same or worse.

People need to go on boxrec and go through Hameds record. A fighter like Bungu had something like 15 defences of his IBF 122 title. Vasquez was a 3 weight world champion and technically a unification fight. Medina was 5 times featherweight champ. Hamed beat every champ.

Boxrec certainly isn't a great way to gauge these men. Bungu had been inactive IIRC. Vasquez had been stopped more impressively (Contreras, Avelar) and comprehensively beaten (Khaokor) was out of his best weight and past his best.

Medina wasn't all that.
