Both Tank and Janibek had a pretty rough 2025. You had Tank getting a gift draw from Roach, refused to rematch him, accepted a Jake Paul fight that ended up going nowhere and then ultimately getting arrested where we are currently unsure about where his career is going for the foreseeable future. And then you have Janibek who was scheduled to face Lara in hopes to make a statement as the top 160 fighter but instead he pops dirty and gets suspended where any hopes of a Crawford fight is now lost.

Who would you say disappointed more for you guys last year?

Tank. At least Janibek's chances of coming back are pretty certain. Tank missed out on multi millions due to stupidity and his career may be over. The duck of Roach and woman beating is a far worse look than popping dirty, although pretty underhanded and low as well.

It's not even close. Tank's career is pretty much over if they convict him.

Janibek isn’t exactly a top-tier boxer anyway—he’s pretty much where he belongs right now. As for Tank, he looks like he’s already finished with boxing in his head.

    Gervonta. Not really a question.

One - he was basically exposed and got a very lucky draw, so his stock dropped a fair bit. Two - he clearly has serious legal problems.

Arguably, the 2 most overrated fighters in the sport today. Tank definitely is on his way out of the sport, though. Janibek will return from his failed drug tests like nothing happened, just as Canelo, Fury, and Connor Eggs Bennedict have before him.

Tank such a hype job its not even funny. At least Janibek has good chance to return to champion form. Tank is either legally out or will take an L if he steps to a remote contender...missed out on Loma, Teo, Haney, Shakur, Keyshawn, and need a catchweight AND rehydration clause to fight middling pro boxer/MTV celebrity RyGa.

Tank is done - thank God.

Tank is almost guaranteed going to jail. His career is in tatters, as is his life. Janibek popped for tiny amounts of meldonium, which is barely even performance-enhancing and is about as common in Eastern Europe as paracetamol is globally. There's a decent chance he gets vindicated by an investigation into contamination and even if he isn't, he'll be able to come back anyway after a ban.

LDBC ignorant logic. He isn't one of ours so I refuse to rate him or be interested in him.

Janibek is the number 1 middle in the world and unified champ, a very good fighter. And not far away from cracking the p4p top 10.

I for one have been impressed by him. And was looking forward to seeing him against tougher opponents and moving up to 168. To really see how good he is.

He may well even surpass Gervonta, who looked poor in his last fight.

Middleweight has been dead for years

I never bought into Janibek being a champion level fighter

Yeah and he was already showing fading motivation before the unofficial Roach loss and the continued domestic violence issues that have been apart of the majority of his career.

Tank no question. The guy literally had Floyd promoting him to be the next superstar in the making and he basically threw it all away.

Nowadays Floyd is calling Shakur "little TBE" while Tank is behind bars smh.

Literally all his peers outside of Ryan crazy ass(who is somehow more self destructive than Tank) have thrived. Shakur, 4 division and current champ and p4p regular. Devin, 3 division champ, former undisputed champ and current champ. Teo, 2 division champ and former undisputed champ. Only has won one real title in his career and has no great names.
