Saw some vids showcasing the handspeed of Ray and Manny both were impressive but which fighter had quicker hands at welterweight?

Leonard faster for me but I don't know if it's just me but I don't think his accuracy or timing was elite.

I have seen some evidence of that looking back at some of his fights.

Maybe I'm being picky but I've thought this a long time, don't get me wrong he has some spectacular knockouts and finishes but to me he wasted a lot of shots and made hard work of things sometimes.

If he had the timing and accuracy of Mayweather he would be scary.

    Easily Ray

I swear, sometimes Pac's handspeed gets overrated.

The speed of Ray Leonard +the timing and accuracy of Mayweather = Roy Jones

    Was Manny-De la Hoya at 147 or a catchweight?I honestly can't remember.

Pacquiao was like ****ing greased lightning in this fight although Oscar was basically a zombie to be fair.

I'd favour Ray Leonard here because his handspeed was some of the best in boxing history but Manny is no mug in this regard either.

Jones used to miss more shots than Floyd would and stats wise Floyd has the best hit and not be hit ratio in history.
