Who had more handspeed at 147? Manny or Ray Leonard?

They're about then same.

In volume, Pac has a slight edge.

However, Ray's accuracy and power were better and IMO, best for best, Ray beats Pac.

Actually, it's hard to separate handspeed and fast footwork when you consider fighters like Ali, Leonard, Pep, Pastrano, etc.

Leonard had more speed than Pacquiao when both aspects of speed are considered. Guys with both can control a fight much more easily than guys with only one or the other. Sometimes to a boring effect, however.

 

Manny is fast, but not with power punches like Ray...

 

Philly I thought Roy Jones peppered Toney pretty good.
