for one punch power it's jackson. it's close and hearns was a demon at welterweight but jackson had that rare ability to knock out a man with a single punch. if it landed clean, there was a solid chance the guy was out of there. tommy sometimes needed to set the punch up. granted, it's very close but jackson was a phenom

Jackson had the most concussive one punch KO power I've ver seen. Hearns is bout as close as you can get to Jacksons power but I give jackson the edge.

 

hearns is in my personal top 10.

i've got jackson, shavers, foreman, langford, wylde, louis, zarate and possibly gomez ahead of him but he's certainly up there
