In terms of a puncher's chance, it's definitely Tito. However, truth is he'll probably get jabbed to death like what Hopkins did or maybe even worse.

Floyd will make Tommy work for the win, but he'd still lose by a large margin though. His power would be a very telling factor. Sure, Floyd would make Hearns look silly at times, but every once in a while, the blows that he will land would be very telling and would catch the eyes of the judges. And Hearns won't be suckered with Floyd laying on the ropes. He'll be keeping his distance and fire away from afar with Floyd unable to counter anything because he can't reach anything.

Oscar might provide suitable opposition, however, despite his greatness, he has a history of tactical blunders. Matching handspeed with a faster guy (Mosley) or running the last two rounds on a fight he should've punctuated with his superiority (Tito). Leonard was a faster and stronger Golden Boy, and it took him a badly swollen eye, losing scores, and digging deep to find a way to win in the 13tn round. A place none of the names here has been before.

    IMO, the order is

    Oscar
    Floyd
    Tito

    But no one wins.

Oscar has a great chin and he may be able to jab with Hearns enough to disrupt him. Plus he's got some good knockout power

None had their best at 154 and that's Tommy's best division, so forget that.

The best welterweight, at their best, to me, was Oscar. Stylistically, I don't think anyone of them can get a decision on Hearns, so that leaves knockout. Though I think Oscar's the best total package as a welter of the three, though Floyd's the best defensively, I have to pick the most powerful outright offence, since I don't think anyone can win on points. That's Tito. So, he has the best chance, I'd guess. And that would be a small, small chance. But, I'd say his left hook was in the league of Tommy's right, which gives him a slight edge over Tito and Floyd, who are really both significantly better all-around fighters than Tito, in my opinion.

I'd say Oscar as he'd have the best chance to get at Tommy on the inside. You'd have to cancel Tommy's jab and reach advantage. The problem is Oscar's preference for range, same with Floyd. Oscar was very good at getting the upper hand in inside exchanges but he always preferred to not get into those scraps.

Tommy would beat all of them , but Tito hit harder so I could see him maybe landing his left hook, but still I doubt it. The thing which beat Hearns was a great SRL who was a hard puncher and fast at 147 and who is as good as Ray in 1981, and later a Hagler who fought at an unbelievable pace.

None of them stand a chance against prime Tommy. He was just on another level than the 3. But if I had to choose which one might have the best shot of the 3, I'd say Mayweather, who was the most elusive.
