Wlad possibly. Shavers possibly. Not Tyson, his speed and combinations (and not his one punch power) were the reasons why he knocked people out. Jeff Sims clearly was a puncher but hard enough to displace Wlad or Shavers?

 

Sven Ottke or Timothy Bradley

 

Maybe he might be for his weight class, we don't know.
From one hand: he had handled out very serious concussion with 1 punch to the lad who wasn't a bum but promising prospect.
There maybe might had been potential for him to be a KO artist, why not.

While Ottke in pros was like this: approx 90% about defense and evasion, a bit like just 10% about opponents punching.
