Calzeghe should not be mentioned in the same breath as Hopkins, who defended a true weight class title over 20 times against all comers from all continents.

Super middle was created to appease Euros who couldn't hack it in middle or light heavy. Sitting on a belt in England is not being a World champion.

super middle was created to appease euros? shut up you moron.

and calzaghe defended his title 21 times, against better fighters than hopkins had. calzaghe also fought a lot of fighters from different country's. you saying calzaghe was sitting on a belt in england is funny. he stepped outside of his country 4 times. hopkins only did it the once. the second time will be his upcoming fight with pascal.

    so stop talking ****!

calzaghe had a better reign. end of story.

Calzaghe by an extremely narrow margin, IMO, by virtue of the fact that Kessler and Lacy were prime.

"Slap a Lot" Calzaghe couldn't hold a prime Hopkin's Jockstrap, and Ottke, LOL, he's only a hyped placeholder who did a poor imitator of a real boxer.

Bernard "The Executioner" Hopkins is the UNDISPUTED numeral Uno Middleweight Champion boxer Of This era across all continents.
