True, he’s kind of holding the left in Jose’s face and bringing the right hand over, but that’s the variance we’re talking about. He uses it ingeniously. Kalambay’s jab is perfectly good, and a nice implement in a slick, tidy style. But it didn’t have the standout effects Monzon’s had.
