    Huh? Tua was prime and I'm pretty sure he was the # 1 ranked HW at the time.

    original question:
    Lewis' ranks higher as again, Tua I believe was # 1 at the time. I'll admit I don't know but I seriously doubt Galento was the number 1 challenger when he fought Joe.

    Louis because he got the stoppage over Galento while Lennox didn't knock Tua down. Tuas was very hard to knock down but thats why it would have been impressive.

    Despite Galento knocking Louis down Louis was winning the fight the whole time before and after and was a demonstration how futile trying to catch Louis was. The fight was over a round after Galentos knockdown.

    Joe, no contest, at least it was entertaining. Len’s 36 minutes over the plodding Tua was a perfect cure for insomnia!
