    Mosley I is the best. Prime for prime battle where Oscar was just outgunned down the stretch.
    Hopkins: so much bigger and in a much hungrier part of his career than Oscar.
    Trinidad: He got his ass kicked but won bc Oscar quit.
    Mayweather: Semi washed
    Pacquiao: Very washed and dehydrated

    Mosley hes the only one who beat a prime ODLH cleanly in a great fight aswell.

    I voted for Mayweather.

    This was a fascinating fight in which Oscar started very well but just let his jab get bled by Mayweather counters. Mayweather was tiny at light-middleweight and Oscar had a meaningful size advantage to go with his style advantage. Mayweather would "retire" and come back big, bulkier, make of that what you will, but in 2007 he had no business boxing at 154lbs. Outreached, outweighed, out-styled, shorter, he found a way through a series of little roadblocks to box back and take a deserved split.

    I'm not sure this win gets the credit it deserves in the widest sense. I'm not sure this Mayweather had any business beating Oscar.

    ODLH was a part time fighter at that point though he'd only fought twice in almost 3 years, and his next fight after Mayweather he didn't look good vs Steve Forbes and then got crucified by Pacquiao.

    Also true.

    But in the first five rounds against Mayweather, he was outstanding. That's more prevalent to me than what happened 12 months later and seven pounds lighter.

    I guess it's how you see it the size difference makes it a good win for Mayweather, but in reality ODLH's only decent performance in years was beating Mayorga and he didn't look good after fighting Mayweather.

    ODLH was definitely still solid and capable vs Mayweather don't get me wrong, but I prefer Mosley's win over ODLH because he out fought him and is the only one who cleanly beat a prime ODLH in a great fight with no controversy.

    Well i'm the only person who has picked Mayweather and Mosley is far and away the most popular pick.

    I do think it's the wrong one though.

    that's a very fair argument for floyd's win.

    i tend to go with beating prime fighters, especially when drugs and inactivity are playing a part.

    While Tito’s win over Oscar was controversial I view it as huge both from a legacy and societal standpoint. Trinidad was the first to put a dent in Oscar’s armor. And the reception was so huge in Puerto Rico that they even closed down part of the country for a day after the fight. This was also a rare case where you had two future hall of fame men in the peaks of their primes, both undefeated and who gave it their all
