Who had the higher ring IQ, Bernard Hopkins or Floyd Mayweather Jr?

I think the spoiling takes some IQ in a sense to be able to win when old and diminishing in reflexes and speed. It is crafty in that sense though it does depend on a lenient ref

 

They were pretty different fighters. Floyd had better fundamentals and a better amateur career and he could adjust to anything. Hopkins more of that old school deep ring iq and versatility but sometimes struggled to adapt.
