yes,........ they could postpone the fight 'til late next year, in the meantime the other fighter can fight somebody else before that.

Shane Mosley is the obvious answer because now he has a SERIOUS chance to beat PBF and challenge Pacman for the biggest payday of his career and the greatest action fight ever.

Both Golden Boy and Top Rank gained by the fight not happening. Pacquiao, Mayweather and the fans all lost.

GBP gained when Mayweather agreed to fight Mosley (a Golden Boy partner)
Top Rank gained when Manny signed to fight Clottey (Top Rank boxer)

All about greed by the promoters.

I see where you're coming from, but you could hatch a conspiracy theory from other angles as well. The Berto pull-out rather than postponement seems suspicious to me. I suspect he was compensated on some level for this move. However, that came after Floyd vs. Pacquiao fell through and I think it was just the logical thing to do since the superfight with Floyd and Pacquiao couldn't be made at this time.

Ultimately, I feel both camps should have bent over backwards to make the fight happen since it probably would have been the biggest in boxing history, worldwide. Now if Mosley or Clottey succeed, that opportunity is gone by the wayside. With Floyd and Manny, I really think it just came down to the blood testing and not some elaborate plan to match Floyd with Mosley.

of course alot of people will think its sounds like a crazy conspiracy theory because it kind of does,

but if I was in Scheffer's shoes, this is exactly the outcome I would've wanted and I would've done anything possible to get it. And I think that by being hired by Mayweather to conduct his negotiations, I would've been able to pull it off too.

    Mayweather obviously.

His "all important 0" is saved for the moment.

    Margarito!!!

The hand wrap fiasco was all a massive plot to set up a mega mega fight involving Tony. Heres how it went down.....
Nazim Richardson was paid off by Golden Boy to cause trouble in Margarito's dressing room claiming Margos wraps were illegal. He took the wraps, rubbed plaster of paris on them, and got Margo suspended for a year.
Hopkins, another Golden Boy conspiriter, pushed Mosley in the ring with Floyd to get the buzz going for that fight, meanwhile Oscar (wearing fishnet stockings) paid some rock monsters to create an earthquake in Haiti, causing Berto to pull out and Floyd to be forced into that fight.
After Floyd and Mosley fight, the winner faces the winner of the Pac Clottey fight, and that winner will then face Tony Margarito, after Richardson reveals that indeed there was nothing wrong with the wraps and it was all a setup. Margarito, now vindicated and backed with full force by the public for being wrongly accused, fights Paul Williams (this time with real loaded gloves), smashes him, setting up the mega fight between him and the winner of the mosley-floyd-pac-clottey fights.
Its as clear as the day is wide.....

It was blatantly Arrum who never wanted the fight, we all know he takes half of Pacquaios wages. He knew Pac would get his ass kicked and lose PPV value and now gets to keep the money train going and gets to keep a shedload of the purse from his own fighters fighting Pac too

Remember Arrum was saying it wouldnt be happening before anyone else
