Toney had a great chin like Ali did.

And you see the result of that in both of them today.

    Very sad.

Exactly, this is why it's so difficult. But ultimately, if you make Tyson trade places with Toney in terms of the punches and damage taken, I don't think he could have lasted as long.

Tyson had a better chin. No doubt. But how good would Douglas have been if his handlers had him matched up once a month to keep him out of trouble and guide him? He'd of been the next Apollo Creed!

Douglas got in good shape for his title fight and looked what happend:lol:

Spike Lee should do a black Rocky but ah what the **** he probably can't make money so WTF right?

    You ***s know what I'm saying:yep

p4p is Toney. Toney has a very high ATG chin. Like literally maybe in the top 5-10. Tyson had a hell of chin also, and to be fair it was tested way more than Toneys. Still, he was KOed, although be huge punchers in Douglas, Lewis and Holyfield. Yes, I do consider Dougles a pretty big ****ing puncher, he is under rated in the department.

Odd seeing Toney get voted so overwhelmingly. Can people really see Toney taking the bombs Tyson took against Ruddock?

I think it has a lot to do with how Toney was at MW, and moved up to HW, taking some huge shots in the meantime, and never being knocked out...

The argument can also be made, that Toney was a natural LHW or even HW... if that is true, for him to be weight drained all the time, and barely getting knocked down?? You would have to give him the nod.:yep

I think we are talking about P4P here.

Toney has a far better chin but most importantly he had more mental toughness.
Tyson,as great as he was in his prime,he was KO'd in 5 of 6 losses. Granted 3 of those KO losses were when he was post prime. Tyson had a solid chin in his prime but Toney was only down like once or twice and he started out as a MW.

That is what I am taking into account...

You have to realize, the same man that took some hard shots from Heavyweights without going down, took many hard shots at SMW from a Prime Roy Jones also, which P4P was an elite puncher...

Toney has gone through more weight classes, fought some hard punchers, never went out...

    Gotta go with Toney.:deal

How many times has Toney honestly been rocked and stanky legged?
