Chisora may suck, but besides those 2, he has the best chance at causing an upset. And Fury will fight Usyk afterwards so people need to stop complaining. Just a temporary tune up. Usyk should school Wilder in the meantime. That would be a good fight wouldn't it
Outside those 2 there are plenty of HWs who would have a better shot than an old Chisora. Joshua Ruiz Ortiz Hunter Hrgovic Dubois Bakole Sanchez Makmuhdov Some of these are not proven, but can certainly bang and catch a napping Fury. Chisora has tried twice and failed clearly both times. Now he's even older and more shopworn.
I still think style wise Joshua is a dangerous fight for Fury, he's a better technical boxer than Wilder and has punching power. It's a pity we didn't get to see it for whatever reason, and instead got this rubbish fight vs Chisora instead.
This. If AJ revived a more attack minded approach of the past I think he could have some good moments against Fury.
Chisora cannot knock out Fury with his best punch!!! His KO over Takam was nice but it was a one off. His second best KO was over the glassiest jaw Spzilka. Chisora hasn't got the boxing brain, speed or guile to KO Fury even if he hurt him. Some of the other fighters in the top 20 either have the skill, power or size and finishing skill to finish Fury! If Fury is not on form. Chisora lacks finishing quality.
I don't think Joyce has much of a chance as he's so slow and Fury would probably be able to avoid big shots and cruise to a points win. Wilder has the best chance as he almost won twice. With Joshua it's hard to tell since people keep recalling the aggressive version, but the one that fights defensively when he's threatened by the opponents, like with Parker, Ruiz II, Usyk etc. is not really the same threat and he'll likely be threatened by Fury therefore revert to that. Still he has good power so might have the best chance after Wilder. The other type of fighter who might have a shot is one Fury overlooks and yet has decent skills, speed and power. Someone like that I could see getting an upset, in the same way Wallin surprised Fury a little and was better than he thought and came to win. But I think a bit of speed is key with Fury.
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/ar...as-Beatie-unveils-muscular-body-3-babies.html I know of 3 babies not born from a woman, 2 of them are boys. One of them will dethrone Fury if he boxes on long enough.
There are a bunch of guys with 10-15 fights that stand a better chance. Probably guys with even less fights than that. Chisora isn't a puncher, is slow, small, and old. He stands the same odds as you do of winning the lottery.
Jake Paul Tyson Fury will insert himself into the Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury fight promotion and the fight itself and when his younger brother loses dramatically then it will be time for revenge of the brother fight. Tyson Fury is all about nonsensical fight making having tried to get that UFC guy and even the Mountain Thor from game of thrones into the ring with him. And then there is his participation in the wwe which also testifies to this preference of his as well as the DC III fight. With TF being a bit of a sicko perhaps he will get the idea into his head that losing to Jake Paul is a good idea or somehow cool and if so he will implement a plan to do just that.
If not AJ than maybe an unproven guy like Jalolov. Most of the guys in the top 10 are barely better than Chisora.
