It's tough. Hatton has more speed. Cotto should a hit a bit harder. Both have solid work rates. I don't think PBF has enough power to KO either one. Both would have about as much chance as the other.

I agree. Cotto is the strongest fighter at welterweight. He would be too weightdrained at 140. Hatton is the strongest fighter at 140 but is not very strong at all at 147

I have to lean towards Cotto. Hatton having more speed isnt the issue for me, because like we learned with Zab, speed isnt going to beat Floyd alone.

I think you have to bang the body, cut the ring, lean on Floyd and preasure him for 12 full rounds.

That means having the style to do so, and the youth to execute that style. My money leans towards Cotto at 147lbs over Hatton.

If he can rock Oscar and hurt him with a body punch then he can most certainly knock both of them out if he catches them on the button, and i think he would.

Its one thing to stun Oscar, another thing completely to "rock" him. Give me a break. Look at Floyds KO percentage recently against elite fighters at higher weights.

The last A level fighter PBF KOed was Corrales and that was YEARS ago.

PBF would school hatton and I favor him over cotto while cotto has a chace, but he sure as hell isnt KOing anyone good soon.

but he did rock Oscar!!, Oscar had to grab hold of Floyd after that punch then he backed off and Floyd started teeing off on him, i'm just saying if he can do that to a fighter who is much stronger then Hatton and Cotto then Floyd could knock both of them out if he hits them right on the button, Collazo sent Ricky to wobble street and we all know Cotto's chin is always a risk!! , so i think it's futile to suggest Floyd couldn't tko or Ko either one of them.

Ok, I just think we need to be carefull which words we pick. I think to stun Oscar and have him hold on for a second is a different animal than having him on ***** street, or turely hurt.

I dont see him KOing these two fighters.

I just feel that PBF would KO Cotto within 5 rds. Ricky would do better. But Cotto would beat Ricky at 147..styles make fights

Sure he could. He has such awesome power as seen in his last few fights. Right? No. I'm sorry he didn't rock Oscar and he would have to put a brick in his glove to ko or stop either Cotto or Hatton. PBF has pillows for fists. Everyone knows he could hit a bit at 130-135. He wasn't even a power puncher at those weights. He sure isn't going to be at 140-147-154.
