This is why I'm detested, because I am a very vocal minority that doesn't declare him among the top elite of goats,though I do think he is a wonderful talent and still great

This isn't going to be permanent. You think someone in 2040 is going to look at Usyks 8 or 9-0 resume with 30 something lost rounds and see him as an ATG?

 

He will fall in with calzaghe and maybe ward where he belongs

You see this is the problem. Acting like Usyk is a little person whose somehow made history. Its just made up heresy. Usyk is taller than Joe Louis same size as Foreman, Ali and Holmes. He is 5 inches taller than Mike Tyson and Rocky Marciano. Usyk is not a small HW.

Also Kabayel exists its not just likely theres a HW champ Usyks size in the next generation theres one right now. And Usyks ducking him!

 

Usyk is obviously better than Wlad, but surely Wlad would have been more capable of dealing with someone like Larry Holmes?

 

With their fans theres a mourning they didn't fight more "its such a shame they didn't fight so and so". Usyk fans were on their way to that therapy session and wandered into the wrong room. They have no interest in seeing him fight anyone else ever again. Interim champs? What are those? Usyk is undisputed. The division is cleaned out.

The majority of people on here are picking Wlad to run through Holmes. Wlad has some of the most humiliating defeats of any top heavyweight. Holmes would whoop the sh*t out of Wlad and stop him late.
