Wheeew!!! Tommy really put some serious force behind that right. He threw that like a 100 MPH fastball. Look at the intensity on his face.

The thing is this: I scored Duran vs Leonard I a draw and so did some other people. I even know some guys who scored it for Leonard. So no, it was not the greatest win ever because a lot of people (me included) think that Duran did not win this fight.

Maybe it's nice to put the sound off when watching Duran-Leonard, Duran had a very efficient defence some times times what looked like a clean shot wasn't a hit at all.

Commentators can really influence your scoring in a bad way

Duran won pretty clearly, your scorecard is meaningless.

lol, can't tell if your joking or not. Hearns KOed Duran in a brutal fashion whilst Duran got a decision over Leonard.

Henry Armstrong jumped up from featherweight, weighed in as a lightweight, and battered the welterweight champion.

Sam Langford was going through like ****ing puberty when he outboxed the Old Master Joe Gans.

I like to believe Commentators don't influence me really. I suggest you watch the fight again because there were so many rounds in which Leonard was landing the cleaner, harder shots. Actually the whole fight was basically totally even. One round Leonard was landing the bigger shots and in the next round Duran did.
The official scorecards were also razor close, they had Duran winning by 1 or 2 points. I didn't feel Duran won it.

"Duran won clearly"? Well the official judges strongly disagree. One judge scored it a draw at first and later it changed to a Duran win by a point or so. No judge had Duran winning by more than 2 points. (in a 15 round fight)
So if you want to tell me the fight was not close, I know right then and there that you didn't even watch it.

:patsch We know that now. That doesn't change the magnitude of Clay`s win.
