Fulton's been buckled and hurt by Adam Lopez, Arnold Khegai, Brandon Figueroa, and I think Miguel Roman also had a moment when he shook Fulton up.

That's true but also doesn't bode well for him, taking 300 plus punches off Figueroa is one thing, taking anywhere near that many vs Inoue would be disastrous.
