Between these two American heavyweights, who has accomplished more in their careers?

You could argue Grant for the simple fact he got in the ring with someone like Lewis which Wilder hasn't so far.

    Discuss.

Grant arguably has a better resume but Wilder has a major world belt and several defenses so the answer is obvious. That said h2h Wilder isnt that much better than someone like Michael Grant just came along at the right time.

You are clearly a Deotay HATER, Deontay is CLEARLY accomplished more. Grant doesn't get past Ortiz and nor does he get past the Stiverne of the first Wilder fight.

No, but neither has Wilder. Stivern is not a champion in any world that I have ever lived in, and Molina and Duhapuas are not title challengers.

Which is what I said you idiot. That due to being a belt holder with several defenses that Wilder is the more accomplished. That said Golota is better than any single win on Wilders resume and even someone as mediocre as Izon is as good or better than most of Wilders defenses.

Is your avatar out of The Fog? Or are they ninja's?

Well whether we like it or not if Wilder has a world title he has technically achieved more than Grant. If there was no such thing as world titles Wilder has actually achieved very very little and certainly less than Grant.

Yes. One of my favorite movies. Nothing to do with boxing, but I had the picture on file when I figured out how to post an avatar.

As for Wilder, he is champion of the part of the world owned by the WBC. I prefer to call him a "titlist." Boxing really does come down to how you beat, rather than what belt is holding your pants up, imo.

Wilder accomplished more simply by being able to win a world title. Yes their resumes are pretty similar, some might even argue Grant as the better resume as the win over prime Golota is better than anything on Wilder's resume including Ortiz but we all know what happened in that fight and Golota again had a mental breakdown and quit while ahead.

Michael Grant has never held a recognised world title, nor has he defended that world title 7 times successfully

    Its not actually even close.

Grant was never world champion and Wilder has defended his title 7 times.

By the way Wilder would have destroyed any version of David Haye and i was a Haye fan.
