Probably Marquez again. My god. When was the last time Pac fought a top 2 guy in their division? Hatton in 2009?

Cotto, and Clottey were top 5 WW's. . . Cotto was arguably the 3rd best WW behind Pac, and Floyd. . . I know he lost to Margarito, and Mosley beat Margarito, but I don't do the triangle theories. . Head to head, Cotto beat Mosley. . . And after the plaster scandal, and what have you.

Then for good measure he went on to beat the rest - Mosley, Margarito, and Clottey (who is stupidly underrated).

 

Well, I asked top 2. Mosley, Pac and Floyd were the top 3 guys at that point. Margarito wasn't at 147.

They could fight 100 times, and probably at least 99 times they'd fight to a stalemate.
