Kinda of a broad term, dont you think?
One could say Pacquiao, but another could easily say it was Marquez. Marquez had some crazy good combos.

Marquez was a beast when it came to combos.

Champion in three weight classes, beat 13 world champions including Pacquiao, Barrera, Casamayor, Diaz, Katsidis and Salido.
Won fight of the year twice.
Just because you only know him for his fights against Pacman it doesn't means that everyone else does, he is a cemented atg/future hall of famer in the eyes of everyone that followed his career or boxing during the time.

Pacquiao is the owner of that title, Spence is on the footsteps of the Pacman.

Easily Golovkin. Nobody even comes close to the brutality of his KO's. He also beat two top P4P fighters in Jacobs and Canelo.

How is Jacobs P4P? Beating Peter Quillin does not make you P4P.

But your question was "Who has been the best offensive fighter in the last decade?" and not "Who has been the best-known offensive fighter in the last decade?" Therefore, whether or not Marquez is well-known outside of his four fights with Pacquiao is completely irrelevant here.

As for Juan Manuel Marquez's offensive talents? This right here should be a decent starting point for you:

Reminds us just how impressive Marquez was even at 35 for a lighter fighter

    paq man

such a little man to go through the weights as a offensive fighter still able to ktfo much bigger men and do it in stryle over a long period of time.

loved watching him fight / a real entertainer.

plus the fact he was doing it in his opponents backyards most of the time does get enough respect

way harder to be a road warrior .
