If this was since 2000 it would be Pacquiao by a mile but his decline somewhat started shy of a decade ago after he beat Cotto. So offense only I'd say Golovkin.

Pacquiao hasn't stopped anyone since 2009. 0 knockouts in 13 fights.

Roman Gonzalez and Gennady Golovkin seem to have set themselves to the top in this time frame. Shout outs to Kovalev and Donaire maybe as well? Tough to really think of guys I'd list up next.

    Pacquiao.

Pacquiao was destroying people and struck fear into the heart of Mayweather.

Pacquiao's left hand was the most watched/prepared for punch in the game. Guys didn't spend training camps preparing to avoid JMM or Floyd's right hands, but they trained to neutralize/take away precaution
    Pacquiao's left.

If you mean the decade 2010 - thru now

    Golovkin.

I'm not even a fan of his but that much is obvious.

And why are they such great offensive fighters.........Because they know how to cut the ring off very well. I understand timing and accuracy play into it as well, but the ability to keep the opponent in range is what enhances the other offensive attrubutes.

For all those that are saying Marquez why when marquez was a counter puncher ? yes he could land combos but he had no where near the level of offense that Pac had. In every pac marquez fight how often did you see marquez go forward and try and pressure and land? the answer is 0. he was always waiting to counter.

That's one aspect of it. Gonzalez is good at that and sidestepping to create angles away from his opponents and unleash a torrent of aggression. They have to turn and reset before they can get any work done and by that point he's already hurt them and moved out of the way.

For Golovkin it is that, his balance with accounts for most of his power, awkward angles, and his little nuances to open his opponents up.

I was thinking about adding Kovalev in there, but I feel like he is half a step below these two.
