Who has better footwork: Mayweather or Pacquiao?

Not true...what Pacquiao is doing would be equivalent to as if Floud was knocking out heavyweight.

At this point in their careers, Pacquiao has better footwork and movement. And the current version of Pacquiao has better offensive footwork than Floyd ever had, even at his peak.

 

They use their footwork in different ways. Pacquiao does a lot of pivoting and moving in and out of range, while Mayweather is more stationary and sturdy. Mayweather's balance and control is MUCH better...

...overall, because of how he fights, Pacquiao's footwork is there to be seen more than Mayweather. Which one should be taught? Mayweather's. Which one is more aesthetic? Pacquiao's. Both are effective. I can't vote. It's like asking about their hand speed. One is like a cobra, one is like a machine gun, but they are both very fast.

 

Mayweather has allot better footwork. Pacquaio isn't as balanced, he often takes too long steps, his control of distance isn't as good because of this and he can't deal with lateral movement very well at all. Pacquaio has fast feet but technically poor. Let's see how good Pacquaio's footwork looks against Marquez

That is bull****. No disrespect but Manny has never had better footwork than Floyd. Even now he doesnt. Mosley and Judah said Floyds footwork is the quickest they've been in the ring with. Floyd wasn't even dancing around the ring in those fights either. He was coming forward. Floyd can still fight going backward and forward. They way he controls distance is also great. Plus he can cut the ring off.

:deal I think people get caught up with Manny's foot speed and confuse it with foot work. Even Roach said that Manny had bad foot work but is getting better with it before.
