who has better speed: khan or alexander??

but alexander doesnt land his punches??? theres no point in being quick if hardly anything lands. i think if they did a test im sure khans hands WOULD actually be travelling faster but not only that he lands them from range. alexander either falls short of the target or below.

example of two fights., both pressure fighters with big punches. alexander just thrws out his shots often misses. khan commits to his punches.

Khan easily. If Khan threw pitty pat punches like Alexander, he would even be faster.

 

I noted that in an earlier post, I agree with your premise, and overall there's no question Khan is the better fighter as it stands today. That being said, it doesn't change the fact in terms of sheer hand speed, Alexander is on par with essentially anyone. It doesn't mean he's "as good", it just means his hands are stupid fast.

 

Khan has faster hands and he actually throws real punches, Alexander's punches are little slaps with loud, hissing sound effects.

 

The more I see Alexander, the more I'm struck that he's a pathetic puncher. Ya ya ya , pa pa pa with no stick. He low blows Matthysse and the ref asks Matty if he was ok, and Mattyhysse is like what... I didn't feel nothing. Damn straight. Alexander is the best air puncher with his own soundtrack in the bizness.

Khan for the most part. I think his left hook is avg, but his jab and right are among the fastest. Devon is kinda explosive, but his jab is nothing special its his uppercut that only impresses. Devons fast but not Khan fast.
