Khan has faster hands but has no pop in his punches, he stays in the pocket too long Pacquiao would KO him.

 

Khan's hands appear faster but I think this could be down to where he throws his punches from, Its almost as if khan has his guard further forward before he unloads a combo and as there is less body behind each shot he is able to pull it back faster? could be wrong but I think if Manny were fighting guys the same height as him it would look like he is getting off just as fast?

Khan, hands down. Pacquiao uses his speed better though, has better defense and sets up his punches better.

 

Khan clearly has the quicker hand speed, however has slower feet, upperbody movement, head movement, slower in the brain too....

 

Not sure he should have his hands down... with that china chin of his.
