In the 3 and a half years since they met:

Green has gone forward with 7 wins including beating a reigning champ for his world title (admittedly not a great opponent - but something Mundine's never accomplished none the less), plus beating an ATG (albeit an aging one) in RJJ.

Mundine has been busy chasing easy opponents since and certainly hasn't improved - on the contrary he's showing early signs of finishing his career with losses and they'll be to unaccomplished opponents because that's where he hangs out these days - his recent ducking of Geale was just pathetic and then to not make weight against Medley! FFS!!

Out of both Mundine and Green the best opponent either of them fought at the time of the fight was Mikkel Kessler. Does anyone disagree with this ?

Mundine lost to the first two - but YES he did fight them.

Green destroyed RJJ - but it was very probably a far from prime version.

 

Imo the Kessler that Mundine fought would have defeated the Ottke that Mundine fought and the Roy Jones that Danny Green fought. Agree or disagree ?
