Number 1 fan of Manny right there.

Anyway, it's Bernard Hopkins. Although if we nitpick like ,Manny's number fan, RayHogan, B-hops wins are just as bad.

    Let's see:

Pavlik? Tailor made, no skill, similar to Hatton. EDIT: Fought at 170, a first for Pavlik)
Winky? "Done as a fighter" :)lol:) EDIT: Fought at 170, a 1st for Winky)
Joe Calzaghe - Protected and overrated
Antonio Tarver - Lives off his win over a "shot" Roy.
Taylor? Never that good, lost to one dimensional guy in Pavlik AND Froch.

    :tired

To further express his love for Manny he states that Marquez "CLEARLY" won the second fight. When this topic is only about quality of opposition. So lets use his logic again. B-Hop lost to Calz ("clearly") AND Taylor both times (both "clearly").

Dumb logic aside. Bernard Hopkins is the answer.

Tell that to boxing writers that most thought Hopkins beat Calzaghe.

Look at the quotes before the word "clearly". I'm quoting your vast intelligence.

Also add "weight drained" for Tarver too he was an HW on the Rocky movie.

barrera was not done, pac beat marquez, delahoya was a good victory considering he moved up 3 weights in a year and was the overwelming underdog, and hatton was obviously prime because he was lineal undefeated and look at his performance against malignaggi.

stop nitpicking resumes thats the easiest thing to do on forums give respect when its due.

Barrera was done mostly in the rematch.

Morales was clearly "done" when he loss by tko to Pacquiao twice. Before facing Pacquiao in the rematch, Morales proved he was a done fighter by easily losing to Raheem.

De la hoya had to move down to ww for the first time in 8 years. And Roach even said he knew Oscar will be a shot dehydrated fighter in which is why Roach wanted Pacquiao to face Oscar.

Paulie had a broken right hand in the Hatton fight in which he didn't use his right hand that much and he had problems badly with Mcgirt.

Hatton didn't look like he was still in his prime when he got hurt by a lightweight Laz and was stunned by Urango if i remember right.

Yeah, "in your opinion". Your thoughts on who won any close Manny fight have as much meaning as Enzo Calzaghe's thoughts on who won between his son and Bernard.

Anyway, keep it up. Not in the mood for useless argument.

Hopkins - Four of the five opponents were in the Ring P4P top ten at the time he fought them, the other was Ring Champion at his weight.

As has been said, the obvious answer.

Also, Ricky Hatton. Two P4P number ones and P4P number seven or eight at the time he fought them, the number one contender from his weightclass and another top ten ranked contender (again per Ring rankings).

    Wait I've changed my mind.

Oscar De La Hoya has fought two P4P number ones and a number two in his last five fights. That is the correct answer.

Cotto deserves mention, having fought Margarito, Clottey and Mosley.

Juan Diaz has had incredible competion, win or lose, in his last five. Malignaggi, Marquez, Katsidis, Campbell, Julio Diaz.

Cotto isn't bad: Clottey, Jennings, Margarito, Gomez, Mosley - three of those guys are clear top ten WWs (well, one isn't now, but that's for other reasons), but the other two drag him down expect for the fact he completely dismissed them.

Marquez is fantastic: Barrera, Juarez, Pacquaio, Casamayor, Juan Diaz

Pacquaio's is good, but flatters a little to deceive. I'd say Marquez, overall.
