I feel Matthysee beat both Alexander & Judah, even if you think he lost those fights, at least he fought top opposition

The Soto & Olusegun wins are both both solid


Golovkin really only has Ouma, Proska & Rosado of note

well matthysse has some wery solid wins, and alot of gut performences. golovkin really hasent got that many, maby proksa and ouma.

golovkin was sturms mandatory challenger for something like 2 years, sturm didn't want to fight him, Njikam was supposed to fight golovkin but decided to go through another route, pirog was supposed to fight GGG but his back gave way, daniel geal didn't want to fight him in a unification fight either, he'd rather prefer to fight mundine in australia.
honestly these are just a few examples i can think of there are probably more. how can ppl say that he doesn't have any recognizable names on his record, when all of them run from him like he's the anti christ

 

Mattysse had his chance against gatekeeper Judah. He didn't win, unlike what the nut-huggers on this site feel. But even if he won, Matthysse eeked out a a razor thin decision against a well past prime Judah, while being outboxed the majority of the fight. He's just coddled by ESB for some unknown reason.

Golovkin is untested at that highest level of MW, but primarily because that level avoids him like the plague. Even going so far as being stripped of titles to do so (Daniel Geale). Now when GGG steps up, and if he's not successful, he'd be in the same category as Matthysse. But that hasn't happened yet.

 

They beat most of the people put infront of them, are they both a little overhyped by there fans? yes, but they can only beat people put infront of them , and there aint alotta big names who wanna be in the ring with either and theyre both entertaining, we'll see what theyve both truly got when there divisions big boys decide to man the **** up.

btw i thought mathysse beat alexander, not watched the judah fight yet so cant comment.

The main difference is People want to fight Danny garcia and broner not Matthysse and GGG simple.

It's hard for those two to prove what they got if the so called big names want fight them.

I can name you several top ten MW's that have either turned down, ducked or dismissed GGG. The only person you can site for Matthysse is Garcia. And even that's a stretch due to scheduling, but I'll reserve my judgement and see who Garcia fights next, if he wins against Judah.
