Other than the Morales fight, Raheem has looked like absolute garabage. Eastman seems to have been more hype than substance. And, oh yeah, Taylor didn't lose any of his last five fights.

JT, easily (even though his performances were far from impressive)

    Raheem also beat Juarez.

Morales IMO has the best rec there, pac*3 & MAB + tough contender in Raheem.

Eastman had substance , the reason we don't see it now is because he's shot .

I think Oscar takes this. Even though he lost most of them

Bernard was considered #1 p4p when Oscar fought him #2 on some lists behind Mayweather who was also # 1 p4p when Oscar fought him. BOth guys along with Mosley are future hall of famers. Mayorga and sturm can match up with just about any of the guys that you've all mentioned with the exception of the very elites. THey are certianlly on the same level as guys like eastman, juarez, etc.

Looking exclusively at the fighters, it has to be Morales. We're talking 3 Pacquiaos and a Barrera!

How are people putting Winky up near the top? He fought Sam Soliman and Ike Quartey in his last 3 fights, for God's sake. Neither of those guys is even as good as Ouma (or even the worst guy in Mayweather's last 5) these days.

Another guy worth mentioning who beats a few of the guys listed up top is Sharmba Mitchell - Paul Williams, Jose Luis Cruz, PBF, Chris Smith, Kostya Zoo. I'd argue that's as tough as Winky's last 5.
