I think its pretty close. I think Usyk may have been forced to adjust more so I lean his way I feel Bivol has mostly fought in first and second gear and has not really had to show his "ring IQ" (hate the phrase)
Both have elite ring IQ. What might stand out is that Usyk has always been the smaller fighter in his HW fights.
Bivol has better game planning I think coming into the fight since he always seems to be a step ahead of his opponents from the opening round, with the exception of Beterbiev in the first fight. But Usyk I think is much better at adjusting in the fight itself once he has a sense of his opponent and changing things up if he needs to.
I like Bivol, he has very good iq, excellent ring general, its the primary reason he survived against Artur and I dont think many other fighters could have done that. But Usyk has better IQ imo.
The difference between them is Usyk time and time again after horrible rounds has shown that he can adjust and immediately bounce back. Bivol largely was able to bounce back in those fights because Beterbiev had to take his foot off the gas to rest. Which was down to age more than anything else.
Usyk. Bivol is a mongoose. Usyk is a true boxing genius. Usyk knows so much about boxing that he'd never tell anyone.
If Bivol had a high IQ he'd a put it on heavy against that ugly ginger midget instead of playing it safe, e.g how Crawford started to at the end of his Canelo whoopfest despite lacking bivols size.
