Price doesn't have devasting power. Not even close.

Caught Thompson flush many times and it didn't stop him.

    It's a myth.

I like big Pricey, just a shame about the chin.

You didn't, you said Fury dropped him 17 times, unless you meant Price was dropped about 17 times in his amateur career by different fighters? Which is probably accurate.

Price dropped Thompson heavily in round 2 of the rematch, Thompson has a good chin & it took Wlad 6 rounds to stop that same version of thompson. Price lacks a lot of things: Stamina, heart, chin etc. but certainly not power.

It's a fact that Fury dropped his belt rather than face Price.

Who cares if he dropped him? The post above mine said he had "devasting one punch KO power". Absolute rubbish.

Let's have it right, the post above yours said nothing about KO power, it said devastating one punch power & he dropped thompson with one punch (not a combination) wind your neck in.

That roadsweeper that fought Frampton knocked him down with one punch. Does he have devastating power?

Price fought a bunch of tomato cans, stepped up and got humiliated.

    Move on.

Johnson would have had a good chance of beating Price at the time Price was coming through. Price wouldn't have Knocked him out early and would have badly faded towards the end of the fight.

Look at my earlier posts in this thread & you will see I even gave Johnson a good chance of beating Price, I rate Price as domestic level, so don't really see what your getting at in the 2nd part of your post.
Move on why? Because you don't like my opinion? Price was powerful that's my opinion & I'm sure many people on here share that opinion.

Price does have one punch KO power, like Wilder, Browne & Teper.

The fact that none of those, including Price have the [apparent] boxing ability of Joshua [I caveat that as AJ has fought no one near the level of Thompson or Stiverne etc] doesn't mean he can punch as hard as those guys ... Because quite simply he doesn't.

Price and the all other guys above have had multiple, lights out, one punch KOs where the opponent is out cold and in some instances twitching on the floor horribly.

Joshua has IMO thudding hurtful power but almost every single stoppage the opponent is actually on his feet and the referee waves it off. And he has never stopped anyone cold. His last two fights vs Johnson and Cornish illustrating this. They were perfectly legitimate stoppages, but Joshua simply doesn't have that uncoachable, untrainable lights out power ... If he did, after 14 fights vs overmatched bums it would have happened by now. It hasn't.

Price has fought two live opponents and didn't KO either.

Look at the facts. He caught Thompson clean who got up and then smashed him all over the ring.

Same as Wilder, this amazing KO artist who fights Stiverne and can't stop him.

I'm rather be a thudding spiteful puncher like AJ than a one-trick pony like Price. The guy can't even throw a ****ing jab.

    Price does not stop Johnson.

Price has great power but he simply doesnt have the confidence, the tools, aggression or physical strength to tear through opponents like Joshua has been doing.

Lets not forget Price has been extended the distance on 3 occasions by opponents ranked outside the top 100. Granted only one of those was a 10 round fight but my point is that Price doesnt stop Johnson and I am not convinced he stops Bahktov either.

You made the point perfectly stitty, of course these people really knew all along that Price was a hype-job waiting to be exposed, they just never mentioned it at the time!
