In 20 years people will remember Pac as the first 8 division world champion (and only?) and Floyd as just another boxer who is undefeated like Rocky Marciano, Ricardo Lopez, Sven Ottke, Joe Calzaghe, Terry Marsh, Michael Loewe, Pichit Sithbanprachan, Harry Simon, Ji Won Kim and my own Edwin Valero (who beat all his opponent by KO/TKO).

In terms of money this fight will have to be 50-50, split down the middle. Any fighter demanding more than that is pricing themselves out. Maybe Floyd could had a shot at something like a 52-48 split a couple years back, right now though Manny has shown he is more than equal to Floyd as a PPV attraction in his past two fights (compared to Floyd's), and he has almost tripled Floyd's PPV buys since 2008. As for other stipulations, neither has the power to enforce anything on the other, as we've seen with the drug testing, and they'll have to comprimise such things.

    It is Pac really.

But I believe he is willing to settle for 50/50 just to make this fight happen.

Floyd on the other hand will probably ask for 60/40 and do all kinds of demands just to find ways to avoid this fight.
