Different types of power but who's power impresses you more?

Still Wilder, his power is on another level. Joshua has tremendous punching power as well and imo is a better and more versatile puncher. Still got to say Deontay.

Wilder is the bigger hitter in terms of raw power. Joshua can punch, but he doesn't hold a special place, in that regard.

Wilder has more one shot power but Joshua has superior delivery of his power due to his superior overall skill set.

Wilder's is more flashy and will give the more impressive highlight real KO's but I think Joshua's is more practical because even if he can't take you out with one shot, he's more likely to finish you when he has you hurt or break you down because he's likely to more consistently land his power shots.

As to who is more impressive, I guess it comes down to your personal preference.

Wilder has the KO percentage record for HWs. AJ has power its just generic power his power isn't going to win any special superlatives.

I've never seen Wilder do what Joshua did to a fighter the size and calibre of Ngannou.

The most similar in terms of delivery would be his KO of Breazeale, but Breazeale still tried to be beat the count. Ngannou was out cold - just brutal

Wilder's perceived ungodly power has often involved KOing much smaller men. Not 260lb Cameroonians with heads like cinder blocks

Wilder beated only cruiserweights. If I go to Elementary school, my KO power will also look better than against adults. Wilder power is overhyped. He has power, but only against washed up glass jaws or against light heavyweights. He can KO, but I would be definitely scared from AJ, because He will break body Down.

P4P, Wilder's one-punch power in the right hand is the most explosive, impressive power in the division. AJ's arsenal of power punches and punch selection is far more impressive to me, and I'll take his big power with all his punches over Wilder's bigger one-punch power any day, when you compare them though.

Wilder has the overall power advantage but Joshua punches straight down the middle which could be more devastating.

Wilder has more raw power and explosiveness. Joshua has better technique.

Ortiz is a big dude too, and better. Wilder flatlined him.

    No, he didn't.

In the second fight, Ortiz was actually up at 10 and remonstrating with the referee for stopping the fight prematurely. Ngannou in contrast was on oxygen.

Also Ngannou was seen as having a granite chin having taken big shots off MMA fighters. Ortiz's chin has never been viewed as anything particularly special.
