Who knows? Floyd has a higher ring IQ for sure but in terms of mental toughness he hasn't been through the same level of adversity in the ring as Pacquiao and been forced to respond accordingly. The closest there was the 2nd round against Shane and Shane blew his wad and couldn't do anything from then on, so that's a pretty small sample size.

Pac comes from absolute poverty and has shown he can handle defeat, he's seen it all. Floyd comes from a boxing family and would retire years ago if he'd been through a tiny portion of what Pac has. Pac is a fighter, Floyd is an American entertainment clown. Anyone who thinks there's a competition on this front is an utter fool, or a die hard Floyd fan, which are kind of synonymous lately anyway.

Impossible to say, we are not mind readers.

Pac has had losses before so you could say he may doubt his chances. But then you could say because he has lost before he has nothing to fear as the prospect isn't something he hasn't had to deal with before.

Mayweather is unbeaten and you could say he has the confidence of an undefeated fighter. But then you could say losing that 0 is a fear of his and it may effect his mindset in a negative way.

We can debate over this and that point but in reality we will never know what they are thinking when they step into that ring.

    Floyd.
You ask Buddy McGirt what Floyds best attribute is, and he'll tell you, his single minded toughness.
Pac is part time politician, and has been taken to school several times by fighters with not a fraction of the ability of Mayweather.

The only way this fight is even remotely competitive if the Maidana fights were the best Floyd can offer, and it quite clearly is not, he knew he could beat him in 1st gear.

I think, at best, Pac will win 3 rounds. I think he's at real risk of getting beat 11-1, with the 1 being while Mayweather takes a safety first look at him.

Pacquiao watched his KO with his wife and they laughed and joked about it, If Mayweather got KO'd like that he would never even step foot in a gym again!

Both are on the same level of mental toughness and they already proved it.

Floyd is scared of seeing his blood, tiny things like germs, or losing nothing (zero).

Pac on the other hand likes to eat balut and dogs. I bet most of you are afraid to eat those.
