    pacquaio by far that's one of the reasons mayweather asked for testing because he couldn't believe this guy punches that hard

    Pacquiao hits much harder IMO. Although I think Floyd's physical strength is superior.

    This. Floyd is naturally the stronger guy but he doesn't hit harder.

    PAC is not the puncher that he is hyped to be. PAC is a swarmer . He throws many quick light inaccurate punches. The harder hitter is Floyd.

    Off one single punch I think Floyd has the slight edge, over the course of a combo I think Pacquiao the clear edge.
