Wilder loads up on all his punches. Mike's punches and techique was far superior to Wilder's who at times looks like a windmill flapping his arms all over the place. I think its too late for him to change his style now though.
Tyson. Wilder may not even hit as hard as prime Arreola, Arreola took out Molina in one round but Wilder took 9 rounds. Wilder clearly has power but there are bigger punchers in the division like Wlad, Haye, Joshua etc. Wilder's delivery is a big problem, he slaps with his hooks, he doesn't really turn them over. His straight right is clearly his big weapon but his other shots don't have much on them because of his sloppy technique.
Mike Tyson. He was compact, explosive and accurate. Wilder hits hard no doubt but his flapping around isn't close to Tyson's power shots
Ashanti Jordan also took out Molina in 1. Wilder does not have as much power as Arreola, or Ashanti Jordan. He also come up lacking against Demetrice King, who stopped Stiverne, and Rossy, who dropped him. Wilder is a fraud.
You're joking right? Wilder's "power" - like the rest of his career - is a fraud, the product of facing handpicked stiffs who would get knocked out by Chris Byrd.
Wilder has very good power. Im afraid szpilka, duphuas, stiverne, Molina, burrito man don't go past 5 against Mickey T
Rapey Mike has more power. Deontay has more height and less leg mass. He has legs like fucking twigs.
