Help settle an arguemnt between a buddy and I. We were arguing who had more punching power-Lennox Lewis or Sam Peter. I won't put any bias in by writing who I think did. Please vote and explain!

I think Peter has power, but Lennox did take out quality opposition with one punch, Peter didnt til now.

Peter hasn't knocked any worth a **** out, except a glass jawed Maskaev

There isn't even a debate to be had

    Lennox without question.

The KO ratios aren't all that different, but there is a totally different level of opposition within their respective records.

Lennox was top 10 of all time without question - Peter would be lucky to get in the top 100 :deal

Of course LL. Hard to say as far as raw power concerned, however, the delivery of the two is night and day.

Bearing in mind Lennox would be up there in the top 5 for jabs - not necessarily power, but quality.

Without a doubt Lennox Lewis. Sam Peter has nowhere near the same record of 1-punch KO power that Lewis did. Sam Peter went 24 rounds with (forgive me James Toney, I'm a big fan but the truth is...) a fat former middleweight, and didn't wobble him once. Lewis regularly KO'd huge heavyweights with 1 or a couple of shots.

Lewis...easily! much better technique when throwing punches. Peter swings like a drunk gypsy.

I really didn't think it was a debate to be had either, thats why I couldn't beleive his opinion on it.

Given the Tko victory, he did not even drop the glass-jawed Maskaev once.

Glad to see that the poll is so lopsided and people aren't buying into the peter hype.
