Tyson does things you only see in the smaller weights and throws great combinations. That's pretty talented for a big guy. The other two did start late but fury looked like he'd just come from the pub after pie and chips in his first ten fights. Once peter got him to knuckle down he's improved massively. Joshua is a specimen. Physically. BBut I can't see him having the natural dexterity fury posses. Same can be said for wilder.
The OP was talent, not athleticism. And size is certainly just as much a part of talent as anything else. Even on athleticism, you have it all wrong. As another poster said, Fury can do things that Joshua can't that are generally only seen at the lower weights. His speed, combination ability, movement and volume all exceed Joshua's and Wilder's. He's clearly exceeded by them only in power. Also, its a total cop out to say he's the least talented/athletic but may still be the best. At least if Wilder or Joshua beat him, I would gladly admit I was wrong, and they were more "talented" in that their talents proved more important in their matchup than his. Looks like you've decided you can't be proven wrong no matter what.
