I like C Froch, but watching him frustrates the hell out of me, because he could do so much more and be so much better, im always screaming at him to do more, hes lazy, dosent throw any combinations, dosent step on the gas when needed, has his hands low and takes shots, yet I like him as hes often in exciting fights, but I remember a while back when he beat Adamu for the Commonwealth title that if he didnt do more at the higher level he would come unstuck due to lack of workrate. So yeah although I like him Froch frustrates me to watch
yeah, that was toss. Danny Williams pissed me off many times with his reluctance to let his hands go. And Joe Cortez never fails to **** me off in the ring.
All this moaning about Calzaghe is ridiculous. I guess you choose to ignore the fact that when Jones knocked Calzaghe down (with a forearm to the face) he was taking the **** out of him? Or later in that round when he started taunting him? He was asking for it.
When Wlad klitshcko didnt throw a right hand in 10 rounds (in the Ibragimov fight) That **** made me throw the remote on the tv.
Herbie Hide in his 'fight' against Bowe. The guy went down from Bowe's bicep against his head and punches at his gloves and was to scared to follow up his own punches that clearly hurt Bowe. I'm not a real extravert person, but I remember yelling against my tv set. It obviously didn't work.
Hopkins against Jones in the second fight. Dirrell against Froch. Judah against Baldomir was disgraceful. Hide against Bowe. Johnson against Klitschko. Chambers against Klitschko. Just abysmal performances. All these fighters should have had their purses stripped. They didn't deserve ANY money.
the most pissed off i've ever been watching a fight was when henry akinwande spent every round holding on to lennox lewis before he got disqualified. it was the most cowardly performance i've ever seen. wanker!
thats just another example of calzaghe's greatness, the way he absorbs a punch. if jones had been hit like that he would have been laid on the floor for a fortnight and his shattered jaw would have been in a thousand pieces in row z
