Who has shown better ring intelligence throughout their career- Mayweather or Hopkins

comparing them isnt fair at this point floyd still has all his athletic abilities, If he without still is a toplevel fighter that can compete he has the ring iq, ring iq shows most when your not able to keep up due to style or physical disadvantages but you still manage to make it close or win the fight.
Hopkins is a genius at that, Ali was as well, as was sugar ray leonard. We will see what floyd can due when his age catches up, im sure he wont end up like jones but i donts ee him going like b-hop either.

No because he is always trying to slow the fight down which turns into an very ugly fight. If you do not coperate with Nard, he will head butt you, elbow you, hit you low, rabbit punch what ever tricks he learned from doing this so many years whatever it takes to slow you down or to make you fight his fight but if you fight through this and refuse to bend to his will and just put the output out there then he will surely lose and he has proven to do so. He just cannot adapt but You will not look good against him

 

i only voted hopkins because he has used his ring intelligence to carry him as he has got older mayweather is amazing but hopkins ability to take away peoples weapons is legendary. against tito he just played with hm. if mayweather fights into his late thirties we might see
