The good ones roll off the tongue and are at least semi-descriptive of the fighter The Axe Murderer The Spider The Iceman The Prodigy Rampage The Dean of Mean (one of my favorites) The Natural The Hammer G "Rush" St. P is unique Cro-Cop The bad? Huntington Beach Bad-boy (too long, too pro-wrestling) Maine-iac (Maniac is a good one, but making it Maine-iac just makes it too hard to understand...then again, unless you see it written down everyone just assumes it's Maniac) Little Evil (appropriate, but just sounds so dumb) The World's Most Dangerous Man (too long) Ken-flo (straight off the local HS football team) Minotauro and Minotoro are good nicknames individually but it's so stupid that they have the SAME nickname... #1 and #2 for all I care.
Dong Hyun 'Stun Gun' Kim Anthony 'Rumble' Johnson and event though its long, I like 'The Irish Hand Grenade'.
Yep. MMA has some great nicknames. I think I prefer 'Axe Murderer' over the rest but alot fit the guy so well and have become synonymous with the fighter like 'Ice Man' or 'Natural'. After watching the reality series with the wife we now call Dana White, Dana '****ing' White' due his his use of bad language. Never seen him say a sentance without adding at least one '****'. I think my least favorite is Mike 'The Count' Bisping. It seems to have nothing to do with him or his family and is pretty much crap. Plus it can be turned to Mike 'The ****' Bisping too easily.
Another good one is' Relentless' Paul Taylor. Joe Rogan always bangs on about how his nickname suits him.
He comes from a kickboxing background. He was meant to be on the next London card but had to pull out due to injury.
The Axe Murderer it just gives u nightmares hahaha and shogun just cuz i love the last dragon! Has anyone seen shogun have the glow in the octagon? maybe that was his problem against forrest
should go to the fighters that are being called by their nickname. Shogun Rampage Crocop Shaolin The russians are exception, cause their all badass. Fedor - Russian experiment Aleks - Russian Grim reaper Khari - Russian soldier
