They both have been dropped in their careers and came back to win, Pacman more so.

If Manny knocks Cotto down he'll be too fast for him and finish the job.

I say Pac has a better chance.

Cotto got through early troubles a lot of times, Pac has 2 early KO losses.

and Cotto got a recent KO loss

again both got dropped in their careers and came back to win the fight, Pacman more so.

    What a silly comment.

One was a bodyshot KO when he was a dangerously weight-drained teenager. The other was when he was still green and it was a decade ago, it has nowhere near the same relevance as Cotto being TKO'd last year and in trouble numerous other times in the past few years.

I think Pac will cope better if he gets floored, because he has the legs to stay out of trouble and recover. If Cotto gets dropped, he will get finished because he doesn't have the defence to make it through.

seriously cotto has such a disadvantage if he gets dropped....Pac isnt like any opponent he has fought before...Jesus, when that guy smells blood he goes for the kill

I think Cotto has a better chance of fighting through adversity than Pacquiao purely based on how he handled adversity against Ricardo Torres, Demarcus Corely, Zab Judah, Shane Mosely, Josh Clottey, and for a a while anyway, Antonio Margarito. Pac hasn't faced adversity since JMM, who is nowhere near as big and strong as Cotto. If Cotto gets dropped early, I will still just as nervous as I'd be Pac was the one dropped early, because like I said, Cotto has proven over and over he can recover and come back to win...Pacquiao hasn't yet, or hasn't in a long time, anyway. I'm rooting for Pac, but I'll admit he is going to have to be near flawless to beat Cotto.

Don't really understand question. Do you mean who is most likely to recover from an early kd to come back and win fight? If so then Cotto. If Pac gets hurt at all he's done. Pac, as when he fought DLH, will only win by buzzing his guy with limited punishment on himself. No trading, just speed and footwork.
