What do you guys think? Who has the best chin in Heavyweight History? I would have to put Tua and Holyfield even. Foreman would be a close 2nd.
Randall Tex Cobb.... course it's not fair as he is in a different subspecies, but he still gets my vote.
Cuvalo and McCall. Chuvalo got KO'd by foreman and Frazier but never went down, he was just takeing too much. but he wasnt gonna fall over you can bet on it.
Chuvalo. He was TKO'd by Foreman, a stoppage of which he bitterly complained, and by Frazier, who seriously hurt him but never put him down. Chuvalo lacked serious skills, but the man was otherworldly tough. He was never off his feet in 90+ fights, with opposition like Foreman, Frazier, Ali, Floyd Patterson, Jerry Quarry, Jimmy Ellis, Clevland Williams, Ernie Terrell, Buster Mathis, Oscar Bonavena, etc.
We got to do this properly, polls and everything... let me make a thread I was thinking a while ago...
Alright I got a list, consulted some people about the best choices in the first 9 poll options. If someone's choice isn't included in the list, then vote for the 10th poll option and specify... it's that simple! So, who had/has the best chin in Heavyweight history? Vote and discuss! :good
there will likely be some bitchy people telling you that theres already a post of this like 5 down, blah blah blah....but myself I appreciate how your trying to make this a little cleaner and better with a poll and everything so I will say once again Chuvalo.
