Whatever man. Actually I believe that the ephedrine found in Ripped Fuel is a banned subtance in boxing. i know it is in other professional sports....and whose the one that generalizing here? You're the one who said that you question Roy's combination of speed/power because of his steriod use, which IMO implies he used his entire career. My point was that he was most poweful at the lighter weights, 154-168.

Great call. Hearns at 147 combined hand speed and punch power magnificently. I personally would go with Pacquiao though. That's not a fanboy comment. I've saw him stop Morales, stop Barrera, and floor JM Marquez 4 times. His speed and power are unbelievable.

Tyson. Was going to say RJJ but I think P4P works backwards in this case. For his size Tyson was unreal

as fast as Tyson was with his punches Roy still had more overall body speed and reflexes he was like a cat in there... combine to that he definitley did have power because with as much speed as he could pull off it was devastating

Not a valid point Ron?? I am a huge fan of Toney, a huge fan of Marquez, but that doesn't mean I think they top every poll about every boxing attribute there is. Toney isn't THE BEST at combining power and speed. Marquez isn't THE BEST at combining power and speed. I ask you as a Calzaghe fan, is Calzaghe?? Better than Jones Jr? Tyson? Robinson? Hearns? That was my point, that's all.
