    I was about to mention Vitali for today, expecting some heated responses. Opponents don't even get to his defense because the very moment they start to open up they are already countered. Not sure if that fits for OP's definition of defense to offense but hey.

    Toney certainly was hard to hit... when he was fighting absolute bums.

    Floyd makes greats look like bums, as did Hopkins.
