    Naoya Inoue.

    Dude is rarely out of position to land punishing shots whether he's stalking, going for the kill, or countering. That's why he doesn't even need to load up or put all of his weight in when he's dropping and/or KOing dudes.

    Boxing is a lot more than just footwork, although it is most important element for me

    Loma and Boots.

    I'd say Boots but Loma has shown his footwork against a higher caliber of opponents so I say they're 1a and 1b
